2-27-20 UPDATE: AMAZING TURNOUT at the OPEN HOUSE! LOGGED in 68 groups in all. I’m sure I missed a few too, SO really about 78 groups came through all weekend. Multiply that by the number of people in each group and we had maybe 200-300 people visit over the weekend! All in all, great exposure for this home. Subsequently, a handful registered for the auction, which is about right, though not enough got their pre approval in on time. So if any of you still want an opportunity to see and buy this lovely home with a HILLTOP VIEW, then call me at 563-579-3939 ASAP!
